MY WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY STARTS AGAIN



 


My procrastination for weight loss has came to an end in Feb 2014.  I am starting my journey once again today on 2nd Feb.  It has been a year since I regained my once lost weight of 5 -6 kg and thinking to shed it on and off  but was not upto to the required focus. Eventhough my family encourage me for this project it was ME who didn't take it seriously.  In the year 2011-12 It was a great experience for me where I shed almost 7-8 kgs in a stretch of 4 months.  How did I do this? Why cant I again do that again. The reason is, that kind of determination didn't come till yesterday. Now I am back with such idea. I know this time too im going to achieve my goal and become fit sooner.

HOW CAN I GIVE A START TO THIS

Ok. This was the question came to me. I am going to take picture of each of my plate and post it here so that I will be accountable to this blog, the readers as well as the record  for myself. This seems to be a fair idea. I promise this blog, I will never hide anything from posting or atleast mentioning whatever I take.

AM I GOING TO STARVE ?

There  were days when I thought we can lose weight by not eating. But after my trials almost for a decade it proved from my own experience  that only by eating right weight an be reduced.

TARGET AND GOALS

Current weight - 67 kgs.
Desired weight - 57 kg
Time frame - 4 months

Feb 2014 target - 64kg

Im splitting Feb into three parts.
So obviously into the dates 1-10, 11-20, 21-29 .

HOW MUCH WEIGHT LOSS IS IDEAL

1st- Feb 2014 - 10 feb 2014  ---- 1 kg .

11 feb 2014  - 20 feb 2014  ------ 1 kg

21 feb 2014  - 29 feb 2014  -----  1 kg

so  by the end of FEB 2.5 - 3 kg loss is considered to be successful for myself .

As promised you can see me daily in this coloum with my exclusive plate.

Also as Feb 1st fell on Sat (weekend) I didn't start my diet plan. So recordings from Feb 2nd will be present.
